When your manager generates a pending paymen, you will receive a notification both in your email and in the platform notifications. If the pending payment has an invoice, you will also receive it in your email. You can review all your pending payments from the Dashboard tab on the left-side menu, by clicking on View pending payments.
Once you have paid, download the payment proof and attach it by going to the corresponding property tab and clicking on Payments and Add proof. The remaining unpaid payments will appear as Pending payment and the card frame will be red.
The manager will then receive a notification of the new payment proof you have attached. They will be able to view and download it, and add the corresponding payment so that the payment card appears as paid in your profile. Once it appears as paid, the card will be green.
