I am logged in and remember my password.
If you are logged in the platform and want to change your password to a more secure one, click on the round icon next to your email address in the upper right corner of the screen and then on Account Settings.
In this tab, you will see a section for personal data, including your login email and password. Click on the password field to edit it.
In the menu that opens, enter your current password and the new password you will use to log in from now on. The new password must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
I forgot my password
If you don't remember your password, you can request a reset token (link) to be sent to the email address you used to register. If you're not sure whether you're registered with an email address, contact soporte@homming.com to confirm whether you're registered on the platform with your email address.
While logged out, go to the platform's login page and click on the link Forgot your password?
You will receive an email like the one shown below. Click on the Reset Password link. It is important to note that these links expire after a few hours, so we recommend that you complete the password reset process as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes of requesting it, please contact soporte@homming.com to confirm that the email has been sent correctly.
You will be redirected to a tab where you can enter the new password for the email address where the reset was requested. The password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. Once the reset option is active, you will be able to log in with that email address and the password you have chosen.
