If there is an incident in the property you are renting that needs to be managed by the property manager, we will explain what to do in the platform.
First, go to the Issues tab in the vertical menu and click on Add Incident.
Assign the property where the incident has occurred in case you are the tenant of more than one, indicate the type of incident and a brief description and attach videos or images as evidence. Indicate, if they are not already filled in, your contact details and time preference so that you can be contacted. Click on add, and your manager will receive a notification of the new incident.
Once you click on Create incident, you will no longer be able to edit the issue, although you will be able to add new evidence. The owner will accept or decline to handle the issue, and you will also receive a notification. If the owner accepts to manage the issue, you will be able to track it from the Ongoing tab.
