1. Access to all the information about the property and contracts

If your manager has given you access to the platform, you will be able to see all the information and documentation that they upload regarding the property you have rented. To do this, first accept the invitation that appears at the top of the screen.

Once you have done this, click on the property tab in the vertical menu on the left, and click on the card that will appear and that will correspond to the property you have rented. If you are the tenant of more than one property, you will have access to several cards.

Once you have clicked on View Property, you will have access to all its information. In the tab that will open by default, Details, you will have access to information and documentation of the following categories:

  • Active or expired contracts and all related documentation.

  • Rooms in the property and who occupies them if it is a shared apartment.

  • Garages or storage rooms associated to the property.

  • Energy efficiency certificate.

  • Certificate of habitability.

  • Insurance policies.

In all cases, just click on the + sign to the right of each category, and cards with the available information will appear. In the case of contracts, by clicking View on the card you will be able to access the available documentation.

By clicking on expenses, payments or liquidations in the top menu, you will be able to see the expenses that will be charged for supplies or incidents, the rent payments and deposit refund, and you will be able to add proof or transfer the payment of the rent.

2. Manage incidents

If any unforeseen event or incident arises, you can notify your manager, provide video and photograpic files and see how your repair is progressing through the incident section.

3. Centralize communication with your managers

If you click on the icon at the top right next to the notification bell, you will have access to a direct chat with your managers. Send messages or multimedia files through the chat, and maintain a fluid and centralized communication with them.
