One of the features offered by the platform are teams. Teams can help you in two things, division of the real estate portfolio and giving access to the platform to several users:
Division of real state portfolios
Thanks to this feature, you can divide the properties into different portfolios and receive separate profitability reports or give other users access only to properties with certain characteristics.
The Teams feature in this case is useful when the portfolio is divided into companies or locations, especially if you have different managers who are each in charge of part of the portfolio and should not see information about the rest of the properties.
⚠️If you want to categorize properties by neighborhoods, buildings or categories that do not involve dividing the portfolio to limit the access of your colleagues to some properties or others, we recommend the use of tags.
Access to multiple users
If you have added or are going to add your properties to the platform and you want several users to have access to the management, the team will be a shared workspace to which you will all have access and in which the updates and changes made by one member will be reflected in the profiles of all of them.
You will also be able to limit the access of different users. Thanks to the roles you will be able to indicate which functionalities each one will perform and which things each one will be able to see, add or edit.
